The vision of Simula Innovation is to be recognized as one of the most efficient commercialization groups within comparable research environments. The operational goal is to improve the commercial success rate, volume and quality of the outcomes of publicly funded research and technology at Simula.
Simula is host for a
Norwegian center of excellence and a center for research-based innovation, in
addition to being partner in two centers for research-based innovation. Simula
collaborates with top international universities and with the most relevant
industry partners within all Simulas´s research fields. Based on internal research
results and competence, Simula has per 2010 established 8 companies.
