Gunnar Bergersen Through a series of unique experiments performed since 2001, the Simula Centre has positioned itself at the top of the international class in the field of system development research. At the same time, focus on this area has given the center unique knowledge regarding the measurement of individual skills and the quality of solutions. This knowledge is now being used as the basis for a commercial initiative intended to support the business community in recruiting IT developers with the appropriate skills.
