New Chair of the Simula School Board
Kristin Vinje has
resigned as Chair of the Board of the Simula School of Research and Innovation.
At the General Meeting Monday 23 August, Aslak Tveito was reinstated as Chair
of the Board.
The Simula School of Research and Innovation has recently entered into collaboration with the school authorites in Oslo about an outreach project, and will in this respect receive financial support from Oslo. Because of this, internal regulations in Oslo Municipality directs that Vinje, being the Finance Commissioner of the Oslo City government, cannot continue in the position as Chair.
Aslak Tveito will take on the position after Vinje and again be Chair of the Simula School board.
