As IT Manager I am responsible for the IT Operations at Simula. My job is to ensure that the IT infrastructure and the provided IT services support the research activities as effectively as possible. We will therefore provide IT services that are stable and that keep operating problems to a minimum. In this context, the key words are quality and stability.

I am also leading our excellent team of IT Pros. In the team building process I focus on: Establishing task ownership, increase the competence of the team members and the common notion that we won´t succeed if not each one of us do.
