CBC Workshop on Modeling Active and Passive Cardiac Mechanics - October 21, 2009
This worksop presented the current status and challenges in modeling tissue with active and passive stress, followed by discussions on the direction of future work and a closer collaboration with the Biomechanics Division at NTNU and the researchers working on active stress in the heart tissue and stochastic uncertainty qualification at Simula. The discussion concluded with three specific problems for further collaboration between NTNU and Simula researchers.
