Event ICSP 2009 - International Conference on Software Process (co-located with ICSE 2009), Vancouver, Canada, May 16-17 (Vancouver, Canada, from May 16, 2009 08:30 AM to May 17, 2009 05:00 PM)
Simula Research Laboratory co-organizes the International Conference on Software Process (ICSP 2009) in Vancouver, May 16-17. ICSP 2009 continues a long tradition of software process research positioning itself as the leading edge event for systems and software process research. ICSP 2009 will be co-located with ICSE 2009 in Vancouver, Canada. The theme of ICSP 2009 is "Processes to Develop Trustworthy Software". ICSP 2009 aims at finding answers to practical questions related to globally distributed software development, interfaces between software development and business processes, implications of adopting systems engineering processes, effects of process improvement initiatives, and many others. Event First IEEE International Conference on Software Testing, Verification, and Validation, Lillehammer April 9-11 (Lillehammer, from Apr 09, 2008 12:00 AM to Apr 11, 2008 12:00 AM)
Simula Research Laboratory organizes and is one of the main sponsors for the First IEEE International Conference on Software Testing, Verification, and Validation (ICST), at Lillehammer April 9-11, 2008. ICST is a new forum bridging research and practice in many areas related to software quality. ICST will be composed of both research and industry tracks, plus a large number of workshops on specialized topics. It will cover areas such as test-driven development, model-based software testing, domain specific testing (e.g., third party components, databases), empirical studies of testing techniques and their cost effectiveness, and the technology transfer of test technologies.
