VIBRAM: VIrtual BRAin Measurements (EEG, ECoG, MEG)

Projecting neuronal activity from cells and networks to clinically measurable indices

Solveig Næss

With an MSc in biological physics from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, Solveig applied for a position as a SUURPh fellow in order to explore her main research interest, the physics of brain, in a cutting-edge and internationally-oriented research environment.

The project

With her SUURPh project, Solveig is working on establishing clear links between neural activity and non-invasive measures of that activity, which can be made both in the clinic and laboratory (MEG, EEG).
