Quantum Search and Optimisation

The goal is to apply existing quantum search algorithms or develop new quantum search and optimization algorithms to solve classical optimization problems.

To significantly improve the capability of search techniques in terms of solving complex search problems, we aim to develop search techniques with quantum computing. Such quantum and search techniques will be demonstrated to solve classical search problems. The search algorithms will be implemented in suitable quantum programming languages to execute either real or simulated quantum computers.


The goal is to learn to understand and develop quantum search and optimization algorithms.

Learning outcome

You will learn about quantum programming languages and quantum search and optimization algorithms.


Basic programming skills in C#, Python, etc. are necessary.
