I am working as a Research Engineer for the following projects:
- NaNoC "Nanoscale Silicon-Aware Network-on-Chip Design Platform" project (See the project video).
- e-valg project (see our network measurement results: NEVADA - Robuste Nett Evalg Datasett).
My PhD research:
I did my PhD research in Resilient Wireless Networks project from Sept. 2007 to Sept. 2010. Spectrum is the basic resource to carry data in wireless networks. However, this resource is going to be exhausted if people continue following the fixed spectrum assignment policy. This issue motivates the research on cognitive radio networks, which can improve the spectrum utilization significantly and solve the problem of spectrum scarcity. My PhD research focuses on radio resource management, dynamic spectrum access, and robust routing in cognitive radio networks.
Visiting Experience:
- Visiting Student Research Collaborator, Princeton University, USA, 01/2010 - 04/2010.
- Visiting PhD Student, Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, Hong Kong, 11/2009 - 12/2009.
