AI-Orchestrator

AI-Orchestrator

Duration
2026 - 2027

An Innovation Project for the Industrial Sector, carried out in collaboration between SimulaMet, Forzasys, and Simula.

Project summary

AI-Orchestrator addresses the sports media industry's critical bottleneck where costly tedious manual workflows limits production outputs, while sport fans demand instant content within minutes of events delivered to various devices. Building on our proven media production foundations that achieved huge video production growth, the project will further research and develop a unified AI system enabling creative teams to simply request "generate a game recap of 30 seconds for social media" where specialized agents autonomously handle content curation and publishing.

The system targets large editorial time reductions while maintaining professional quality, democratizing high-grade media production for organizations of all sizes, from small cubs to large leagues. This innovation transforms fragmented, manual workflows into seamless, intelligent orchestration through natural language interfaces.

These developments will come through efficient AI model optimization where we develop resource efficient, multimodal AI models that maintain contextual precision across visual, audio, and textual inputs under tight production deadlines. Multi-agent orchestration presents the challenge of creating intelligent agents that interpret user intent, dynamically select AI modules, and execute workflows reliably through intended output understanding. Thus, our results will introduce significant innovations in sports media management, where through a rigorous experimental validation with existing league partners, we will demonstrate the immense potential for increased productivity, reduced manual labor, faster publication, and increased audience engagement.

Moreover, the system promises improved services and competitive pricing for existing customers while opening new markets through access to professional-grade media production capabilities, ensuring rapid return on investment and sustainable competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving sports media landscape.
