Kyrre Lekve contributes to debate on restructuring higher education

Kyrre Lekve, Deputy Managing Director of Simula, has contributed to the ongoing debate on the restructuring of higher education in Norway. He argues that the main focus of a restructuring process should be to promote and develop internationally acclaimed research environments and research based education, and that the fusion of University Colleges into larger entities will not necessarily contribute to the creation of excellent research environments.
