A new seminar series on Scientific Computing

Simula is pleased to announce the Langtangen Seminar on Scientific Computing, a new online seminar series featuring leading international researchers presenting their latest work and insights into the future of Scientific Computing.

The seminars will be held on Tuesdays at 15:00 CET and will be available via Zoom. 

Upcoming Seminar – April 1, 2025

The series begins with a talk by Professor Enrique Zuazua (Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg), titled Control and Machine Learning. This lecture will explore the deep connections between systems control, artificial intelligence, and mathematics, highlighting recent advancements in PDE+D(ata) and Digital Twin technologies.
